This month I met Dani Hill the CEO and owner of Axarfusión. In the next few months the business will be celebrating 2-years working in and around the Competa area. Dani wanted to update everyone on how things have gone and what they plan to accomplish for the coming year.
Axarfusión is your local Internet, TV, Mobile and Landline phone provider for Cómpeta; the surrounding villages and countryside. They are the first company to install Fibre optics into Cómpeta village and have expanded their high-speed WIFI network out to the surrounding countryside and villages.
After almost two years in business Dani firstly wants to thank all of his customers for the trust and support that they have shown for him and his company. For Dani the most important part of running a local business is to maintain a close relationship with his customers and offer a personal service that is provided to each any every customer when needed. Something that can be hard to find with larger more impersonal companies.
What is Axarfusión’s main priority for the coming few years?
“Aside from continuing to provide a high quality and uninterrupted service, I believe that our greatest priority is to maintain and improve our customer services and offer better communication with all of our clients” Dani then went on to explain that after seeing local internet providers being bought out by national companies, he fears that these companies customer services may decline. For Axarfusion it is important to emphasize that we are improving further our communication and closeness to our customers. With this in mind we have activated a WhatsApp number for customers to contact our team during office hours, we have updated out telephone system and made sure an engineer is always available via email to help clients if they were to experience a problem with our service.
Axarfusion has also recently launched some new services.
From only 3€ extra per month and in combination with our internet package, we have a new TV service with over 120 channels. Many channels from different EU countries. Also we now offer a landline “telephone only” service for customers who love to talk but don’t need internet services.
Dani also informed me about their new mobile phone packages with unlimited calls in Spain and data packages starting from 8Gb for only 9,95€ a month, one of the best phone and data packages on the market.
Another new service to watch out for is our “European mobile” phone package. This allows customers to make unlimited calls to and from all European countries at a cost of just 24.90€ per month. This includes both landline and mobile numbers.
A great option for people who travel a lot or have family and friends in other European countries.
I asked Dani what plans he has for the coming year and he was enthusiastic about his plans for expanding his Fibre Optic network. He is hoping to be able to include 3 or 4 new local villages into the network. Once the new villages are connected any clients presently using the WIFI network who can be moved over to the faster and more reliable fibre optic system will be connected FREE OF CHARGE.
Other plans to increase internet speeds for countryside WIFI users are in process. With the replacement of customers antennas already started. This is of course at NO EXTRA COST to the customer.
